Consider if it can be included in your current lifestyle. After all continued good health is about lifestyle. If understanding complex medical terms or finding body processes too complicated to follow on your own, consult your Health Provider or Health Coach. Never fear approaching your health concerns with boldness.
Know Your Health
To be informed about your health means performing a self-evaluation. This means asking herself a set of questions to see where you show up on the health spectrum. The challenge with self-evaluations is to answer each question honestly. In doing so you will discover the core of where ill health may begin. Below are some example questions for you to consider.
Example questions for self-evaluation:
- Am I overweight and if so, what do I feel is the cause?

- Is it hard to find a sustainable resolution when stressed?
- Do I find it hard to live in my purpose?
- Do I struggle with who am I?

You are a holistic being, so your health involves more than one thing. It’s about the mind, body and soul. So, please don’t feel limited in your evaluation of self. Add as many questions as it takes to get to the core of your health concern.
